Residents can report missed cart pickups, dark streetlights, street tree problems, sidewalk hazards, clogged storm drains, graffiti, missing traffic signs, street flooding, park maintenance issues, traffic calming concerns, and much more. A2 Fix It is available on your mobile device through the Apple App​ or Google Play store

City of Ann ArboR Notifications

Human Rights Commission  

The Ann Arbor Human Rights Commission (HRC), was created to protect the human and civil rights of the people of Ann Arbor. The HRC accepts, investigates and works to resolve complaints of violations of the Fair Chance Access to Housing Ordinance and Non-Discrimination Ordinance. Community Mental Health Services 

Washtenaw County Community Mental Health seeks to improve quality of life and increase personal fulfillment for all of our community members, particularly during challenging times, including crisis, and for those that may be dealing with ongoing conditions. Service information and crisis services and supports are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. They are available 24/7 via phone at 734.544.3050.  

Ann Arbor Housing Commission  

The Ann Arbor Housing Commission strives to provide affordable housing to low-income individuals and families. They advocate for public and private-sector policies that challenge systems that create inequity, oppression and disparity and work with community partners to bring about positive change. Domestic Violence Services 

SafeHouse Center domestic violence services are free, confidential and available to all survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault, who live, work or were victimized in Washtenaw County. Services include crisis intervention & support, legal advocacy, support groups and emergency temporary shelter for those in danger of being hurt or killed. Any survivor needing help is encouraged to call their 24-hour helpline at 734.995.5444. 

Washtenaw County Health Services

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services provides information, applications, and resources on their website. The services and programs featured include child care assistance, cash assistance programs, food assistance services, healthcare information, updates and services, migrant services, refugee assistance, and more. The Ann Arbor City Council Voting Charts Project is a community-maintained source for voting history of the Ann Arbor City Council. It is not affiliated with the City of Ann Arbor. Primarily maintained by Ward 4 resident Brandon Dimcheff along with the help of others, the source is available on GitHub and anyone may contribute.
